I was motivated to begin Comprehensive Cleaning Solutions after working in the business for a year and hearing of numerous stories of shabby work, little or no communication, and what I would consider extremely poor ethics. I knew that my work ethic, commitment to doing things the right way, and desire to help people could be a great value to many businesses.
Communication is essential tool I also employ in facilitating improvement. This is accomplished in many ways. Routine calls are made directly to discuss questions, concerns and ideas. There is an online questionnaire where feedback can be given and there are checklists to ensure that all work is done thoroughly.
Above all, what sets Comprehensive Cleaning Solutions over others is a constant sense of fastidiousness. Other places clean surfaces but do not look for the hidden and less seen places. I search these out. This is where dust and grime can accumulate to become a problem area later. This same eye for detail is true in all areas, be it floors, walls, desks, appliances, etc.
